With possibly the most perfect location of any café, Bistro C is a popular place. Situated on the beach at Noosa Heads you can quite literally step from your table onto the sand and into the clear blue water. And we did. Three days in a row in fact.
Apart from the stunning location, Bistro C serves up a great breakfast menu. With daily specials and a menu with a perfect mix of interesting and classic favorites, this place has something for everyone. Their corn griddlecakes are a delicious way to start the day – crispy with just the right balance of salty bacon, slightly sweet corn and delicious relish. The Heuvos Rancheros is an Aussie interpretation of a Mexican style brekky – filling and delicious! On the morning I decided to be “healthy” I ordered the granola – well what a spectacle! Served as a tower of crunchy granola on a base of freshly sliced banana with yogurt and topped with a berry sorbet it felt pretty luxurious (and possibly not quite as “healthy” as I had thought!). Their freshly squeezed juices are also a delicious accompaniment to the breakfast – my personal favorite is the “Sunshine Bliss” – a divine combination of pineapple, banana, orange and strawberry.
With such a perfect location, Bistro C is a popular spot and if you want the best seats in the house I recommend either getting in early or booking. Also open for lunch and dinner – you can enjoy the views any time of day!
