Middle Eastern Spring meets Melbourne
If you read my Kinfolk post, you will know I am absolutely enamoured with the work the guys at YGap are doing. The great news is, the social enterprise has expanded. Their latest outpost is on Richmond’s Swan Street and runs under the same model: volunteer staff, profits
directed to charity, and a gorgeously seasonal, health driven menu. Self-described “Middle Eastern Spring meets Melbourne”, these guys are a shining, delicious example of farm-to-communal table.
The homely decor makes for a long lazy brunch with the paper, or whiling away the afternoon over a perfectly crafted coffee and guilt-free vegan brownie.by
