Sydney CBD – Personally, I think the QT Hotel is worth a visit if only to check out the lift that plays music to reflect the number of people inside, I got the “lonesome” tune but I hear there are “romantic” and “party” tunes on offer too.

It filled me with great joy to find the delights of Okonomiyaki were on offer in Sydney and that, if lucky, I could sit at the hot plate and watch it being constructed.  Okonomiyaki is often described as Japan’s version of a pancake, pizza or omelette and although similar in many ways, it is a creation distinctly of its own.
